Pinheiro Realty Ltd. has been a trusted name in the real estate industry for over 45 years, founded in 1979 by Joe Pinheiro. Throughout his career, Joe has served twice as President of the London and St. Thomas Association of Realtors and has also held the position of Chair of the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). Additionally, he has contributed to numerous boards and committees at both local and provincial levels, helping to shape the industry we know today.

In 2017, Rick Pinheiro, Joe’s son, took over as owner and Broker of Record. Following in his father’s footsteps, Rick has infused his own passion and entrepreneurial spirit into the business while continuing to embody the values that have driven Pinheiro Realty Ltd. since its inception: honesty, integrity, and exceptional service.

Having grown up in East London, Rick has always maintained a deep connection to his community, from his early days selling chocolate bars and calendars to local business owners to now representing those same properties as a Realtor. Rick is a proud advocate for the area, playing an instrumental role in the Hamilton Road Business Association and contributing to the development of the Hamilton Road Business Improvement Area (HRBIA).

Together with Rick and Joe as prominent leaders, the company has been fortunate to have some of the finest local realtors and support staff in the industry.
